For the first time since its inception in 2003, the Annual CareerNation Expo will be held in Lagos, the commercial capital of Nigeria. CareerNation hosts series of Expos in the United State and across the African continent that comprise the largest Africa recruiting event. 

Nigeria Brain Gain Conference is convened to create a platform for Nigerian business leaders and policy makers to brainstorm on the creation of opportunities through human resources development. The conference will engender strategic collaborations between Nigerians in the country and their compatriots in the Diaspora to revolutionize Nigeria’s human resources developmental agenda for a massive socio-economic turnaround. The theme of the conference is "Emerging Nigeria - A Human Resource Agenda".

Day one of the event will feature conference sessions presented by high-profile speakers and Africa Brain gain Award Ceremony. Day two will showcase employer exposition and presentations to prescreened executive and professional level job candidates. Day three will be dedicated to prescheduled job interviews, sponsored business networking events, and excursions to leading Nigerian companies.
