By popular demand, CareerNation Job fair is not open to the general public. Job seekers are prescreened and invited based on the need of the participating employers. On the first day you can expect to meet thousands of job seekers. The second day of the job fair is reserved for prescheduled interviews with local and Nigeria Diaspora candidates interested in relocating to Nigeria.
Candidate Screening Methodology
CareerNation staff carefully reviews each candidate’s application, and compares his/her interest and credentials (including academic achievements, work experience, activities, career objective etc) to other candidates’ within the same disciplines. Candidates whose interest and qualifications best match the requirements of participating employers/s are invited to attend the job fair.
