The Recruiter will focus on filling positions for our key accounts as well as developing new leads. We have the clients, come and do what you love best; candidate placements with opportunity to make more than six figures.
Position Expectations:
• Build and maintain a strong candidate funnel that relates to your market and the needs of current clients.
• Work closely with your manager to build a sales and recruiting strategy that will grow local business, through your candidate funnel and recruiting expertise.
• Ability to work independently, yet maintain consistent quality of service equal to the overall CareerNation team
Qualifications of the Candidate
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years direct placement experience. Professionals with pharmaceutical recruitment background are a plus! Specific skills utilizing a variety of resources to generate candidate pool are required. This includes experience searching job boards on the Internet, networking within the community, prospecting, and headhunting to identify candidates. Candidates with a current book of talents are a huge plus! Intermediate proficiency using Word, Excel and sophisticated search tools is required. Please send your resume and salary history to:
